Changing Homelessness
We are tasked by HUD to deliver a comprehensive response to homelessness, which includes coordinating funding and the delivery of housing services for people experiencing homelessness. We also manage the CoC’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), provide support and training for member agencies administering direct services,
and build community awareness around the steps our CoC is taking to end homelessness.
